DELIVERY
Our reworked clothing is custom made using your provided garment. Once you place your order, you may send your garment at your convenience. Please ensure the correct shipping address is used. You can find the shipping address in your confirmation e-mail once you’ve placed an order. You are responsible for ensuring the shirt is delivered to us and for covering the shipping costs. To ensure proper processing, please include your name and order number inside the package with the shirt. Once we receive your item, we will send you email updates on the progress. Upon receipt of your shirt, we aim to complete your upcycled garment withing 10 working days* and will ship it back to you.
*Delivery times of our handmade clothing are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Delivery takes place after your handmade item has been made.
We are UK based company.
The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or other taxes levied by their country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and we have no control over these charges.
If you’re sending your shirt to us from outside the UK, please ensure that all customs duties are paid in advance. We cannot accept responsibility for any customs charges incurred on incoming items.

RETURNS
Due to the custom aspect of the upcycled clothing all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered for upcycled clothing after you’ve send your shirt.
If you decide to cancel your order for a puffer vest before the garment is sent to be made, we will gladly issue a refund.
