Our reworked clothing is custom made using your provided garment. Once you place your order, you may send your garment at your convenience. Please ensure the correct shipping address is used. You can find the shipping address in your confirmation e-mail once you’ve placed an order. You are responsible for ensuring the shirt is delivered to us and for covering the shipping costs. To ensure proper processing, please include your name and order number inside the package with the shirt. I work in limited order blocks. This means I open the website for a limited time. Once the slots are filled, ordering closes so I can focus entirely on making and shipping those items. We can’t guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. 

We are UK based.

The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or other taxes levied by their country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and we have no control over these charges.

If you’re sending your shirt to us from outside the UK, please ensure that all customs duties are paid in advance. We cannot accept responsibility for any customs charges incurred on incoming items.

SHIPPING COSTS

UK: £7

EUROPE: £20 (customs fee not included)

IRELAND: Accessories: £35, gilets and jackets: £60 (customs fee included). 

USA-Mainland: Accessories: £35 , gilets and jackets: £60 (customs fee included). 

Australia: £30 (customs fee not included)

Canada: accessories £20 , gilets: £30 (customs fee not included)

New Zealand: £30 (custom fees not included)

We use Royal Mail for delivery.

RETURNS

Due to the custom aspect of the upcycled clothing all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered for upcycled clothing after you’ve send your shirt.

If you decide to cancel your order before the garment is sent to be made, we will gladly issue a refund.
